3. Quality Roofing Materials - Compton Roofing uses the finest roofing materials in the industry from companies including Certainteed, GAF, and Tamko. Each of these shingle manufacturers have sales representatives in the St. Louis area to handle any questions or to assist you with a material warranty claim.
4. Value - We realize that cost is a major factor in any buying decision. But true cost is more than the initial purchase price of your roof. Every roof system we offer is designed to last a minimum of 20 years. What are the long term implications of a poor roof installation or the use of inferior materials? Only time will tell. If you’ve ever been victimized by a bad roof job you understand that it is anything but a bargain. It often involves unsightly water damage and costly repairs or a complete re-roof. Selecting the right contractor is important, so we wanted to share some additional information with you in hopes that it will help you make a better decision.
- No salespeople to deal with - Our staff is comprised of experience estimators. We will NOT be making numerous phone calls and visits, nor do we use high pressured techniques to try to get you to sign a contract.
- No deposit required - we do not require a deposit or down payment before work begins, unless it's a special order.
- Lien waivers provided - Compton Roofing, Inc. provides Missouri State Lien Waivers upon request following the completion and payment of your project. In fact,CRI BUILDING SUPPLY is a wholly owned subsidiary of our parent company - so we know the material bills are paid.
- We will work with your with insurance adjusters or agents.
- Fully Insured - Compton Roofing does carry comprehensive Workman's Compensation and Liability Coverage. Certificates are available upon request.
If you decide to accept our proposal, please sign the contract and bring it by our office. We have been at the same location for many years. You can sign and mail your contract to our office if you already know what color you want. Please write the color selection on the contract. Please contact us if you have any additional questions.
