Compton Roofing was founded in 1952 and continues to be family owned and operated.
Over 58 years and thousands of roofs later, the company still lives by the principles that fueled its initial growth. The concept is simple. We built the company to work from the customers point of view. We have no sales people. There are no high –pressure tactics. We deliver what we promise and we try to make the process as painless as possible.
One of the key decisions we made in the beginning was to hire experienced roofers. We felt that it was important to put skilled craftsmen on every roof to minimize problems that would result in “call backs” or costly mistakes that would inconvenience our clients. While hiring union labor increases our initial cost of doing business, the pay-back has been substantial. Our customers really appreciate the efficiency and work ethic of our roofing crews. Our way of doing business generates a substantial amount of repeat business as well as numerous referrals.
